Fatma Malouche Merai joined the INMA Holding initiative since its inception and she contributed, since early 2017, in the structuring of the vehicle as well as in the discussions with the financial partners.
Fatma has a long studies experience in corporate finance and an excellent knowledge of the Tunisian economy and investment and financial system
She conducted a number of restructuring transactions involving fundraising in equity, quasi-equity and debt.
She’s also a founding member of the Tunisian Association of Financial Analysis (ATAF) and has worked as Professor of Business Valuation at Master level at Université Dauphine Tunis and Institut Supérieur de Gestion in Tunis.
Fatma is a statistician economist engineer who graduated from ENSAE Paris Tech

Kaïs Affes
Partner
Kais Affes was part of the team dedicated to the reflection on the INMA Holding project and participated to the implementation of its investment strategy.
He also contributed to the fundraising and discussions with investors and is currently in charge of the identification and assessment of investment opportunities.
Through his long experience in private equity, Kais participated in the structuring and execution of investment/ divestment strategies at BIAT within the Investments & Private equity department.He also participated in the implementation and monitoring of development strategies of many companies operating in various sectors of which industry, services and finance.
Kais also worked as Professor of entrepreneurship and constitution of companies at Ecole Polytechnique de Tunis, he graduated from ESSEC Business School in Paris (Master “Grande Ecole”) and IHEC in Tunis

Hamdi Belgaied Hassine
Associate
Hamdi Belgaied Hassine joined INMA in 2025 as an Associate. He plays an active role in every stage of the investment process, from identifying opportunities to monitoring investments.
With dual expertise in entrepreneurship and financial analysis, he has developed strong skills in strategic and financial management. He led a company, managing its commercial strategy, operations, and finances. Previously, he was a Senior Financial Analyst at Deloitte Tunisia, where he led and participated in financial restructuring and M&A advisory projects for national and international clients.
He holds a degree in Corporate Finance from the Mediterranean School of Business and from IHEC Carthage.

Oussema Hentati
Analyst
Oussema joined INMA in 2025 as an Analyst, where he contributes to the financial analysis of target companies. He is involved in the development of business plans, company valuation, and the implementation of performance monitoring tools for portfolio companies.
He also gained initial experience in financial markets at Tunisie Valeurs, as well as exposure to operational and administrative functions during an internship at SOTUPRIN.
Recipient of the Presidential Award 2023, Oussema graduated from IHEC Carthage and pursued a Master’s degree in Corporate and Market Finance at Université Paris Dauphine Tunis.
