A CFO in a group of companies

Mission:

In direct relation with the CEO, you position yourself as a real “business partner” for the management and operations teams

You are the guarantor of the accounting and financial information reliability and support the activities of Group companies

Your key responsibilities:

Organize and supervise general and analytical accounting
Guarantee the reliability of monthly, quaterly and annual reportings
Ensure management control and budget monitoring
Maintain relashionships with bankers and ensure cash management
Monitor the investment budget
Supervise the group’s tax, social and legal declarations
Determine financing options according to the group’s projects and objectives
Manage insurance, leasing, long-term rental and maintenance contracts
Manage the relashionship with accounts, financial and tax auditors
Participate in the general organization of the group

Profile and required skills:

Minimum 4-7 years of professional experience in an audit firm and/ or finance department of a company
Education: Finance/ Accounting ideally holding an accounting certification
Good knowledge of IT tools (particularly Excel)
Rigor, organizational skills
Relational and listening skills to be comfortable communicating with various stakeholders

Private-Equity Associate

Missions:

INMA is an innovative private-equity player dedicated to Tunisian SMEs, structured and managed by a team with international experience, located in Tunis

Looking for an Associate who will participate to the analysis of targeted SMEs and investment decisions

In direct relation with the management team, you will:

Assist in deal sourcing
Participate in meetings with the management of targeted SMEs
Conduct financial analysis and valuation and prepare investment notes
Contribute to investment structuring and negotiation of legal documentation
Participate in the monitoring of portfolio companies
Participate in the realization of exits

Profile and required skills:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in private-equity, corporate finance and/ or transaction services
Education: Business school/ BAC +5
Specialized in Finance (financial analysis, financial instruments, company valuation, etc) and high interest in private-equity

Structurée et gérée par une équipe ayant une expérience internationale, localisée à Tunis. Cherche à recruter un chargé d’affaires qui participera à l’analyse des PME ciblées et aux décisions d’investissements
En lien direct avec l’équipe de gestion, vous :

aiderez à identifier des cibles potentielles au travers notamment d’actions de promotion et de lobbying auprès d’acteurs du marché
participerez aux réunions organisées avec les sociétés cibles
effectuerez les analyses financières et les évaluations, et contribuerez à la rédaction des notes d’investissement
contribuerez à la structuration des investissements et à la négociation de la documentation juridique
participerez au suivi des sociétés en portefeuille
participerez à la réalisation des sorties

Profil et compétences requises :

Expérience professionnelle de plus de 5 années dans le capital investissement, le Corporate finance et/ou en Transaction Services
Formation : Ecole de Commerce / BAC + 5

Directeur Administratif Financier dans un Groupe de sociétés

Missions :

Rattaché au Président Directeur Général, vous vous positionnez comme véritable « businesspartner » de la Direction et des opérationnels. Vous êtes le garant des informations comptables et financières et accompagnez les activités des sociétés du Groupe
Plus précisément, vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes

Organiser et superviser la comptabilité générale et analytique jusqu’au bilan
Garantir la fiabilité des reporting mensuels et des arrêtés trimestriels et annuels
Assurer le contrôle de gestion, le suivi budgétaire général
Assurer la relation avec les banquiers et la gestion de la trésorerie
Assurer le suivi du budget investissement
Superviser l’ensemble des déclarations fiscales, sociales et légales du Groupe
Déterminer les modes de financement en fonction des projets et des objectifs du Groupe
Gérer les contrats d’assurance, crédit baux, locations longue durée et maintenance
Répondre aux audits comptables, financiers et fiscaux
Participer à l’organisation générale de l’entreprise

Profil et compétences requises :

Expérience professionnelle de 4 – 7 années en cabinet d’audit et/ou en direction financière
Formation : finance/comptabilité idéalement titulaire du certificat de révision comptable
Maîtrise des outils informatiques (notamment Excel)
