Since its founding in 1976 by Souad Kamoun, Gourmandise has evolved from a simple traditional pastry workshop in Sfax into a network of 28 stores. Today, it offers a wide range of sweet pastries and savory dishes, alongside café, catering services, and restaurants.
Thanks to the quality of its products and services, the brand has become the Tunisian leader in the production and distribution of pastries. To maintain this leadership position, Gourmandise received support from INMA to optimize its production facilities and logistics, enabling the opening of new boutiques featuring an innovative concept.
Despite periods of crisis, the company continues to grow and pursue its international expansion goals, establishing a presence in North Africa and the Gulf region.
Today, Gourmandise employs 600 people and continues to expand its range of products and services to meet the expectations of its customers.
